Plugin Development Overview
A brief introduction to the PML 2 plugin system.
1. Overview
Since 26.1, we have enabled trimming and Ahead-Of-Time Compilation for PML 2, so the traditional reflection-based plugin system no longer applies to PML 2. Inspired by GitHub Actions, we therefore built a YAML-based plugin system.
2. About the System
The PML 2 plugin system is based on YAML: developers can implement plugin features by creating YAML files externally and adding them to the PML 2 plugin directory.
3. Development Status
Currently the PML 2 plugin system is still at an early stage, and only supports event triggers and action execution. We will gradually improve it to support more features. The features supported today are:
